Vert is busy checking out the latest centerfold of Playspine magazine.  He is pleased to see that the centerfold is endowed with unusally large SP’s.  “SP” is short for spinous process.  Spinous processes are those little boney bumps that line the spine on your back.  The size of these SP’s can vary from person to person.
